The ribbon-cutting ceremony was presented by Harrah’s, Delaware County Council, and Flight on Ice, a division of Media-based Flight Entertainment.ĭelCo River Rink at Harrah’s Philadelphia is a full-size, outdoor rink, 60 feet by 100 feet with a heated indoor Ice Garden Bar and other amenities including free onsite parking, music, and a calendar of family-friendly events. Flight on Ice opened a new outdoor rink in front of the entrance to Harrah’s Tuesday night. Gambling and ice skating may seem an odd combination, but the two now share some common space in Chester.
